September has for us in HoP Africa, been a productively busy season of training, unlearning, learning, relearning and networking to ensure that we do not renege on our commitment to sustainable development. Thanks to our technical partners, GIZ, and particularly, the Green Innovation Centre, HoP Africa went through a thorough contract farming management training to develop our capacity, and equip us to better manage the model of our Agro-related projects.
The 3-day intensive training took place at Bolton White Hotel Abuja from the 20th to the 23rd of September 2022.
The Contract Farming Management System Training for processors/aggregators exposed us to a network of other farmers and key players in Agriculture, engaging us in practical learning approaches to adapt and implement the scheme more effectively. Now equipped with basic contract farming management principles, we’re set to efficiently manage our subsequent projects.
And as we say in HoP Africa, it only gets better.
